For the uninitiated, the Internet Archive (Archive.org) is a non-profit digital library based in San Francisco. Its mission is "Universal Access to All Knowledge." It is best known for the (web history), but it also hosts millions of free books, software, music, and—crucially—television shows.

The show originally aired on Telesistema Mexicano (now Televisa). Early episodes were filmed in black and white. These are the episodes where the chemistry between El Chavo (Bolaños), Quico (Carlos Villagrán), and Doña Florinda (Florinda Meza) was raw and unfiltered.
